Sujing C02 combined cooling and heating unit

Sujing CO2 combined cooling and heating unit is an energy-efficient unit that usesnatural environmentally friendly refrigerant02(R744),which can provide high-temperature hot water and low-temperature chilled water at the same time. The unitabsorbs heat from the heat source side through a trans critical refrigeration cycle andtransfers it to the gas cooler to exchange heat with water. The heating temperature is70~90°C,the cooling temperature is as low as -20°C, and the comprehensive energy efficiency can reach 10.0. The unit occupies a small area, is easy to install, does not generate any pollution during operation, and has excellent economic and social benefits.

Product case

This project is about heat recovery for a certain electroplating enterprise in Wuxi. The enterprise mainly electroplates electronic components. The original heating method was direct electric heating in the electroplating tank, with the required tank temperature being up to 68℃. Additionally, the electroplated parts need to be washed with 90℃ hot water after electroplating, and the workshop requires cooling throughout the year, using water source refrigerators and cooling towers. After on-site measurement by our company's technicians, the original electric heating and part of the water source refrigerators were removed. Three SJSRS-70II/C carbon dioxide cold and heat co-generation units were selected to produce 90℃ hot water, which is transported to each heat exchange coil in the electroplating tank through water pumps to maintain the tank temperature at 68℃. It can also provide 90℃ hot water for electroplating cleaning and generate about 10℃ cold water to meet the original cooling demand.

Pharmaceutical project

This project is for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, a global pharmaceutical giant, providing bathing water for employees, with a daily water demand of 60 tons. AstraZeneca's factories worldwide uniformly use CO2 environmentally-friendly refrigerant to produce hot water. This project selected three units of Sujing CO2 heat pump water heater SJKRS-106II/C, with an annual comprehensive energy efficiency above 4.6 and a maximum water outlet temperature of 90°C.
